Tom Lemanski
Business Catalyst, Executive Coach
Tom Lemanski is the President and founder
of Vista Development in Kildeer, Illinois. Tom works as
a Business Catalyst, Executive Coach and Trusted Advisor
to principals and managers in both product and service
industries. Working with upper level management,
he facilitates a results orientated approach to the
aligning strategies, talent, leadership and execution.
Tom has owned and run three diverse business and
consulted in more than thirty industries. He
has worked and trained for nine years as a coach and
facilitator.
Inherently analytic and highly
articulate, Tom has a unique ability to sort and simplify
the complex details of interpersonal, organizational and
operational issues. He is an empathic listener with a
utilitarian mindset. He combines his skills with
proven, inside-out development processes and insightful
behavior/ skills assessments. This combination enhances
his ability to understand clients' developmental needs
and wants while maintaining a focus on their desired
outcomes.
Tom is a published author and
professional speaker. He earned his degree in Business
Management and Administration from Bradley University.
He is married with two grown children.

John H. Heil Jr.

Specialist
John has been a sales
executive for over thirty years. Having worked in privately
and publicly held companies, John has a wealth of knowledge
and a comprehensive understanding of what is required in
order to succeed in any arena. For over fifteen years John
led his own organization to successful outcomes, in the
graphic arts industry. His roles in leadership, management,
finance, and sales have equipped him for his current career
as business strategist with Vista Development. At Vista,
John assists organizations in reaching their strategic
outcomes and is dedicated to developing his client's
greatest asset, their people. John's success throughout his
career has been predicated on two principles; achieve
organizational results, and developing people within the
organization, in order to help both reach their fullest
potential.
John holds a bachelor's
degree from The University of Georgia's Terry School of
Business, in Economics, with an emphasis in, "The Economics
of The Organization and Management" and a master's degree in Psychology at Loyola
University - Chicago
John is married, currently
living in Chicago, and has two children in college. He
enjoys reading, travel, and exercise.

John O'Sullivan
John
O'Sullivan was born and educated in Dublin, Ireland, and
graduated from the Dublin Institute of Technology in 1974 with a
BS in Construction Economics. He has been a resident of the US
since 1979. For 15 of the last 30 years, John has been a Senior
Operations Executive in the electric power generation industry.
He has frequently used his proficient leadership skills to
effect needed cultural and management change and improvements in
companies that were in financial and operational distress. He
has held senior level operating positions and is acknowledged as
one of the most experienced in his field of Waste to Energy. His
strong work ethic combined with his excellent communications and
motivational skills positions him very well for his results
orientated coaching practice.
He is uniquely qualified to raise levels of performance of
clients with a technically focused business. John partners with
organizations to help them realize dramatic improvements in the
areas of leadership, profitability, growth and the ability to
attract and retain loyal customers. He supports his clients in
their quest for greater results, and creates momentum through
delivery of effective action programs to achieve substantial
improvements in business results and lifestyle goals.
