Vista’s Next Generation Peer Groups bring together Family Business Successors in professionally facilitated development sessions.  Efficient family business succession requires preparation for the next generation of leaders.  The success of the founder's retirement depends on a smooth transition.  Where does this next generation of leaders build their leadership skills?  The Vista Leadership development process provides a faster, cheaper and easier method of developing soft skills than traditional learning by trial and error.

Vista's Next Generation Peer Groups serve two purposes. 

  1. To develop improved executive leadership qualities and soft skills to prepare for the business challenges in your future. 

  2. To promote the sharing of expertise and experience.

Format and Guidelines:

  • Participation open exclusively to family business successors. 

  • Nine Facilitated Workshop Sessions scheduled either weekly or bi-weekly as determined by the members. 

  • Includes Vista's internationally copyrighted, learning materials. 

  • Groups between 4 and 8 members. 

  • Sessions alternatively hosted by members. 

  • Session Leadership workshops are 120 minutes in length. Additional session agenda time determined by participants.
